Reserve a spot in the Ilio DiPaolo's Nickel City Dual 2027 field. One coach registers the team; rosters are submitted later. Entry is confirmed in the order received until both divisions fill — the boys division holds 40 teams and the girls division holds 7. Track the field on the registered teams page.

Submitting reserves a spot subject to confirmation by the tournament office. No payment is collected on this form.
